Roche Estate is located on the corner of Broke & McDonalds Roads, Pokolbin. This magnificent site is open-air, and patrons are encouraged to bring a camp chair to the event. Please note that picnic rugs are not permitted.

PARKING
Limited Parking is available on site off the Broke Road entry, which is a short distance to the main entry gates. Please note that, as traffic will be at a premium, there will be delays in entering and exiting the venue. Please prepare with this in mind.

BUS TRANSFERS
Our event partners Rover Coaches have a range of transport routes to and from the event. All buses depart 30 minutes after the end of the concert to return.

This event will have a large range of food and beverage outlets open for the duration of the day. A public Bar will operate offering a range of Beer, Wine, Cider, Spirits and Non-Alcoholic Beverages. All vendors will accept cash or card payments.

The Merchandising Truck will be located adjacent to the main bar and will feature a large range of official Lookout Merchandise, as well as artist offerings.

This event is licensed all ages. Persons under 18 must be accompanied by a ticket-holding parent or legal guardian at all times*.

For parents considering bringing a baby - bringing your baby is entirely your prerogative, however not recommended, for both the child & your wellbeing and safety, and your enjoyment of the show. Prams are not permitted in the aisles for seated events regardless if you have an aisle seat.

Under 18 Patrons may enter the Premium GA area so long as accompanied by a Parent with a valid Premium GA ticket.

First Aid is located on site for the duration of the event. If you are feeling unwell or need medical attention at any time, please visit the First Aid Marquee.

Unreserved accessible parking is available off the Broke Road entry. Please follow signage and directions of traffic staff to this area. Once inside the venue an accessible viewing area is available on the concourse located at the rear of site.

Accessible bathrooms are located in close proximity to this area. The area is reserved for accessible patrons and their immediate accredited carer.

Please note that this is an outdoor venue with uneven surfaces and is open to the elements. If you require any assistance on the day please ask one of our staff.

The Box Office is located at the concert entry point and will be open from 60 minutes prior to gates opening, and until the headline artist commences.

Please have your ticket downloaded and ready to scan at the gate, with your phone brightness turned up.

The official ticketing agency for this event is Ticketmaster. Lookout takes no responsibility for tickets purchased outside of the official agency. Tickets purchased through third parties such as Viagogo, Facebook Marketplace, Gumtree, Ebay or other sites are done so at the customer’s own risk. Fraudulent tickets will not be honoured.

Once a ticket purchase is completed, there are no refunds or exchanges available. In purchasing a ticket to this event, the purchaser acknowledges that any government mandates, public health orders or inability to attend due to illness or other changed circumstances does not render the purchaser eligibility for a refund or exchange.

This event is an open-air concert that will proceed rain, hail or shine. In the very unlikely event of a cancellation, ticketholders will be advised by SMS, Email and social media.

The event will only be cancelled if the site is deemed unsafe to proceed/continue. This decision will be made by Event Management, Venue Management and Emergency Services. Patrons are advised to come prepared for the elements with appropriate attire, footwear, a wide-brimmed hat, sunscreen, and rain poncho.

It is a condition of entry that all bags, chairs and personal belongings are presented to Security Staff for inspection.

Patrons detected with contraband items such as alcohol will be refused entry without refund.

Please also note that the event has a no Pass Out policy, so please come prepared for the full day.
